Chef Mo & Corey
Chef Mo was born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana in the kitchen watching her mom and sister-in-law is where Chef MO’s passion for good food began. That love was reignited when she lost her brother known in Canada as the BIG EASY to Covid in 2021. Determined to keep her Brother’s legacy going, Chef Mo fused her birthplace, New Orleans Louisiana, Big Easy flair with her Southern Style cooking she continues to wow friends, family, and clients with her original twist on old Staples. Some of her top dishes include BBQ Lambchops and Ultimate seafood Grit bowl. Chef Mo is currently working on plans to open her Restaurant in the Atlanta area as an experience and home for her Catering Company C&M Bistro.
